I loved the size of the room and the amenities that came with it. The room itself was clean. I also liked how they had security in the parking lot throughout the night to ensure the safety of your vehicle.

The bedding was disgusting. There was hair allll over the sheets and comforters. I requested the bedding be changed, and the front desk offered to give me additional bedding but couldn’t switch it out because housekeeping was gone for the night. When I received the NEW bedding, it had hair everywhere too!

Excellent hospitality and facilities!

Location was in a decent area.

Cleanliness. There were stains in the carpet in the common areas. There was a smell in the hallways and the kitchen in my room.

Way over priced. TV didn't work told staff nothing happens after investigation I found it was the breaker. Finally told the staff and all they did is tell me where to find the electric box and told me to just hit all the witches till it worked. The shower had dirt on the floor when I turned the shower on it started to clean the floor then I proceeded to use a towel to finish cleaning.

The hotel is dirty and falling apart. The furniture is outdated and falling apart. Also, while the front desk agents were also super helpful, it was clear that they were understaffed. This hotel should be a two star at best.

Location is perfect...close to airport and plenty places to eat.

very spacious rooms. we only stayed one night but we had everything we needed.

the pull out couch was not comfortable at all. it sunk down where you lay your head, and had bars where your back in.

I liked that I was able to check-in and gain access to the room from my phone. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet considering it was New Years Eve.

The shower door was broken, there wasn't a skillet and the pot was burned so we couldn't cook. The room could have been a lot cleaner.
