A few upgrades needed, ie fix ice machine, lamp wouldn't turn off so I had to unplug it, etc

Location felt very nice, private, tucked away in a nice neighborhood feeling. Decor, pool, restaurant, easy access to rooms.

The POOL FURNITURE!!!! Holes in every lounge chair. They are dead. Had to buy yoga mat to put on top of it if I was gonna sit around the pool. This pool could be such an asset and you think it is until you go try to sit down. No umbrellas anywhere. This was the Fourth of July. No complementary coffee after they said there was complementary coffee. Apparently, the people who were supposed to have it didn’t get that memo. Other than that…PERFECT place to stay.

Excellent location, pleasant and comfortable restaurant, a perfect mix of unique experience and convenience to our plans.

Nothing to complain about. Actually, we were there during severe storms and it was quiet! No traffic or wind noise!

Not clean, rooms and hallways. Heat outrageously loud. Quite disappointing

Cleanliness. Room, bathroom, hallways. Disappointed. Person checking us in was quite cranky. Staff for rest of stay was great.

Easy to navigate, spacious. Great location for what we needed. Rate was good which is why we chose Indigo. Blackout curtains were amazing.

The rooms need to be updated. There was a giant space from the bottom of our door to the floor allowing for light and sound to blast through. I had to stuff the throw pillows under it at night. Very poor USB options for charging devices. The tv has no self streaming capabilities and functions from 2 decades ago. Also the young lady at the front desk on Thursday the 26th insisted on using her speakerphone for her conversation and music. The woman she was talking to was swearing up a storm and since the restaurant is right there we heard everything during breakfast. Very low class.

The hotel itself was nice, room was nice and quiet. I'd stay there again.

My room was cold and when I turned the heat up it still blew out cold. Bathroom was very nice and spacious but there were ants in the shower. It would've been good been good if there was a refrigerator in the room but it wasn't, or microwave.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Small restaurant in the lobby with breakfast.

We were given the wrong room and then had to wait two hours for the correct room. I called ahead and asked for a crib and was told upon arrival they didn’t have any. Luckily, they ended up having and/or acquiring one. The shower took 10-15 minutes to warm up. It was the worst thing because we would get home late with our two kids and need to quickly shower them and put them to bed, but we couldn’t because of how long the shower took to warm up. I was also given dirty utensils twice at the restaurant.

Location is great. Breakfast is decent. Nice pool area. Great staff.

Extremely loud AC in the room. Need to clean the inside of the sliding glass doors on the balcony.

The location was perfect for my needs.

There was no safe or fridge. The pool was too shallow and cool. Complimentary continental breakfast would have been good.
