Cons -

I was trying to do a late check out because my flight was delayed and I was told i was not abled to because they needed the room.
room service, front desk service, accounting, behavior of staff
Plenty, rooms are hot, you have to pay for wifi, even though i didn?t use it but on the tv, no ice, rooms are very little, when i ran the shower water it was coming out yellow, i thought they where supposed to change the sheets

The lobby was beautiful.

The bathrooms are very dated for a 4-star hotel. The tub/shower combo is very inconvenient and not what is expected of this type of hotel. Also the room had a faint unpleasant odor (marijuana).
