Aloft By Marriott Atlanta Downtown

We didn't eat breakfast at this Hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent!!!

My room didn't have a microwave. I had to go in the lobby to use the microwave. The microwave in the lobby was very dirty. I purchased a muffin from the lobby which had mole inside. I told the reception about the muffin having mole inside. She try her best to make thing right. The refrigerator is under the bathroom sink not acceptable. The room was dark didn't have light fixtures in the right place to light the room up the proper way. This Aloft hotel was the worst Aloft hotel I've ever visit. I will visit this hotel again.

Convenient and way better value than surrounding hotels

Wasn't the cleanest and the bathroom was very small. No water fountains to refill water bottles

Lobby is compact with the dining area in the mornings.

Check-in is at 4 PM check out is at 11 AM that isn’t even 24 hours and if you want to stay for a late check out is $75.

Very reasonable price, amazing location, good facilities available throughout the stay. Beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. Lovely shower.

Part of the bathroom tile (Skirting board area) had fallen off the wall when we arrived. I was hoping for Netflix or some other apps on the tv.

The location was great. And the staff were friendly.

I didn’t like the bathroom at all. There’s not a door for the bathroom. It was set up like a locker room

Room was very clean. Towels were clean and plentiful. Bed was soft and comfortable. Staff was friendly and no issues with rowdy guests.

The location was good. Short walking distance to the Aquarium and restaurants. The only good thing about this hotel.

The air conditioning did not work in our room. The room had an overwhelming pet smell. Breakfast was "included" but it was not a buffet style or continental breakfast. It was a choice between a biscuit, waffle, egg bites or oatmeal and one juice. Definitely not worth the money we spent.

Very good Location, size of the room it's ok and it has parking (however they charge you extra $32 per day for it)

The Bathroom design and construction details are not good (seems like the contrator did a really poor job), bathroom door without a lock, dated towels and a really bad "breakfast" service ( the hotel gives you $15.00 USD credit upon your arrival to spend in their store/kitchen, to me that's not a breakfast (for example a bottle of water costs $8.00 USD)I have included some photos where you can see the bad condition of the bathroom drain, pencil marks in the ceramic wall that were not cleaned aftet the bathroom door was installed. The mirror with the word ALOFT in one corner. Those are very important aspects and an indicator of the attention to the details of the management team.
