Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Atlanta Buckhead By IHG

The question is what didn't I like. It was a calm environment. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, willing to help and answer questions.

It was difficult to find. The sign is too far back, and it's at the very bottom of the sign post.

Good location, lobby and facilities were nice

The location was very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were exceptional, and the breakfast was good.

The bathroom was a tad bit small.

The hotel was great. Best free breakfast I had in a long time. Fire pit on patio was a nice touch.

Didn't like having to unload the car onto the luggage cart and have to leave it there and then park the car on the second level and then go back and get the luggage cart and go to my room. Pocket door in bathroom must of been abused as it was impossible to operate.

Location is great. Near a lot of restaurants and such

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was super great. Hot cinnamon rolls. Fluffy pancakes are made on a machine. Omelets the first day and scrambled eggs the second. Lots of variety. Rooms clean. Room are small, but it served it's purpose.

Bed was not firm, but for soft mattress folks, will like.

Great value for location

If had to try and find something maybe have the side door entrance card reader fixed?

Great location,close to target and so many restaurants, clean rooms and awesome breakfast.Front desk & housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful.Overall happy with our stay.

Only the issue was the dryer were not working,had to go to the other hotel to get it done.Was little inconvenient.

The location was very beautiful. Restaurants not far from location.

The room I was in telephone didn’t work. The restroom door didn’t close all the way and urine around the toilet seat.

Centrally located around everything you need! The breakfast had a lot of options which was nice! The staff was so helpful and polite. Restaurants and shopping in Buckhead was a mile away so very convenient. They have Dove everything, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, moisturizer and hand soap, not the little bottles of cheap stuff.

It's right off a busy interstate so traffic getting to it is awful. You can only turn right out of the parking lot, and getting back to the hotel is a nightmare. Atlanta traffic is just horrible. The bed killed my back and the bathroom is tiny if you have to get dressed in there.
