The staff was extremely helpful and polite.
We were shocked that parking was a fee per night. When we paid over $200 a night, you would think parking would have been included.

Location is great…close to many attractions within walking distance. Very comfy beds. Breakfast was nice with healthy choices. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
A little street noise from the 5th floor exterior room but to be expected in a big city. Valet only parking with a $55 nightly charge.

Great location, you can walk to all of the nearby attractions. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, very spacious.
Parking is expensive, $55 per night. But we were happy to pay this for piece of mind. As some areas of the city felt a little sketchy.

The staff was very polite and friendly. I give them a 10 across the board.
Housekeeping needs to do better with cleaning. $55 a night for parking is ridiculous. Only to have your vehicle parked on the street and sidewalk something I could have done myself. Big water bugs are crawling everywhere. I definitely will not be staying there again.

Hotel os very nice, breakfast was excellent, location was a short walk to the venue
We booked a king but got 2 queens. Not a big deal. Beds weren't very comfortable tho. $55 to park is excessive and borderline criminal .

Excellent location if you need to be downtown, with the congress centre only 600 m walk. Soccer stadium a similar distance. Rooms were.spacious with comfortable beds. Good shower.
Breakfast wasn't great, very basic options and similar most days. The fruit tasted like plastic. The pool was fun but needed more cleaning since there was building work next door with debris falling in.
