Superb room, very comfortable and clean. Location was easy on, easy off I-85 and the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

The rooms were immaculate and comfy. Room came with a fridge and microwave. Jacqueline at Front desk helped me get an earlier check in. The fitness center is nice. Nice location which is very close to Airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Airport. Booked a two-room king suite.

The a.c takes a little time to kick in but wasn't a major issue. Had an issue late night where another family was assigned my room by a young lady at Front desk. I had already been checked in over a day. Other family came into my room late night unexpectedly, while I was in room with gf. It Shocked and startled both of us. The other family was confused and shocked as well. This was a big security breach and negligence from Front desk staff. We all went to Front desk very upset. A lady name Shada(supervisor) advised she would see what they could do for the inconvenience. I spoke to supervisor Jacqueline at check out in the morning who advised she would contact a manager. I never got a call from any manager or email from a manager regarding issue. I waited over a day. I have stayed at this location 3 times and usually enjoy the stay. I am also a Hilton member. I should have been comped a night and at least offered an apology from manager. Customer service is very big for me and this incident should have been handled better. No one reached out to me which is disappointing.

I absolutely loved this location. SPOTLESS!!! No complaints. The staff was Amazing. I live in Savannah, but travel to Atlanta for business often, this will most certainly be my hotel for now on. Thank you Embassy!

The property has great breakfast. It was clean. The staff was attentive and courteous.

Location is great for the airport, screen with flight info in the lobby. Beautiful hotel. We love Embassy for the amazing breakfast and cocktail hour.

It was nothing I didn't like from the front desk to all the staff.

Easy to find didn’t like paying $20 a day for parking and the lot is an open lot anybody can access the lot is the wanted

Very clean loved the design of it very beautiful my children loved wished the pool was bigger! Overall we will definitely be back

Very quiet spacious and clean

Front desk staff at check out what very annoyed when I asked for my invoice and gave me strong attitude . Invoice was supposed to be emailed and I never received it .
