The cleanliness of the room
EVERYTHING from location to staff. Hotel employee who checked us in remembered me from the last time I stayed there 2 years prior and was fantastic. I absolutely love this place!
I loved the 1950?s feel and great decor

Cons -

No
We were bummed the rooftop bar was closed due to remodeling. Although that?s understandable. Also, the door guys could greet people when opening the doors.
