- The customer service front desk, housekeeping service was great! They all were very nice, professional and courteous.
- Desk clerk was awesome!!

Cons -
- There were no exhaust fans in restrooms. The chairs were badly stained in room 114. The door keys didn't work at the rear parking entry door, front desk gave me new keys. Thank you
- Room was clean rest of facility wasn't. Adults with kids in pool smoking Marijuana (smell was very obvious) from hotel NEXT DOOR & nothing said.
- It was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel in my entire life. The website said breakfast was included, but it wasn't provided; the facilities were very old and uncomfortable, and the price was very high. In other words, it was the worst cost/benefit ratio I've ever encountered.
