Friendly staff, very clean, was perfect choice for getting to nearby Northside surgical facility.

hotel employee was very accommodating at our arrival. We arrived early and she worked with up to get our rooms ready as soon as possible. She was pleasant and genuinely willing to assist us.

The breakfast was not very good on some of the days of our stay.

The refrigerator was noisy and sometimes noisy in hallway.

Looked fairly new.

Room smelled bad. TV cable came and went making it hard to enjoy show Shower door didn¿t work well and wouldn¿t open properly so you had to squeeze in and out. You could hear the room above stomping all night. There was a loose board that made noise.

Room was huge and clean and great price.

The staff, their kindness. The pool, the room was nice and clean. Also the bed was comfortable.

I loved how clean it was and how attend to my needs

No but one suggestion would be a hot plate

It was very clean and quiet

Room was clean, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Parking was not crowded when returning late and it was very well lit. Loved the design of the room.

The air condition didn’t shut off, there was blood on the sheets, there was no conforter for the pull out bed.

Really was pleasantly surprised how large the room was . The breakfast was wonderful and so was the staff that worked it .

After unpacking we found out that the tv didn't work . I tried calling the front desk but no answer so I went down stairs to find some help . No one was around for 15 minutes and by that time more people were also waiting . Only help she could offer was to switch our room . So we repacked to get another room . Dogs kept barking .

The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are always clean.

I didn’t like having someone pace all night above us. You can hear everything being said from the room beside you.

The shower had a strand of hair in it and a tooth pick was left by a past customer.

The smell in hallways, bedroom, bathroom. Smelled really bad

The hotel was located in a very quiet area, just a short distance from Hwy 400. The staff (housekeeping and front desk) were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast included amazing and delicious biscuits, as well as fruits, meats, potatoes, eggs, waffles, and more. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.

My only complaint were the linens in our bathroom and the hair left behind by previous guests. Imagine realizing you have just washed your face with a wash cloth that is badly stained, The next wash cloth that I chose had dark black spots (gummy in substance) all over it. The wash clothes were so thin, stained, and unsightly that they should have been disposed of long ago by the hotel. For me, this is a real put-off and a serious negative. I also find people choosing to wear their pajamas in the breakfast area and other public spaces ridiculous and rude; however, I do not fault the hotel for this. But, I also believe that because it is becoming the norm, it is the responsibility of American hotels to make rules to put a stop to this.
