The congestion at the valet parking area. It was a barely any room to enter the area and people were walking extremely dangerous.

The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable of the events going on. Smelled really fresh and clean all over not just the lobby

The hotel was very clean, and the room was nice, but more importantly the staff were extremely nice, helpful and no one was rude, very pleasant stay.

Nice location

A bit overpriced for the size of the room. Paid a bit more for a larger corner room and found it to still be fairly small.

Not much staff about and not overly friendly or helpful. Remnants of smoke chimney issue; everything smelled awful and big fans were all over the lobby and on each floor.

Clean, modern and friendly staff

There were several events going on the weekend of my stay- so it made valet parking difficult (long waits), and long wait to check in. Also i asked for daily housekeeping, and they never cleaned or changed towels in my room.

Loved the location! Could walk to shops and restaurants. Easy self parking.Staff was very friendly.

I like the style of the hotel and because of COVID the staff wore mask and gloves.

Even though there was signs saying to wear a mask in public spaces not all guest followed the rules.

What I liked best about the hotel was the location.

The only issue that I had about the hotel was the pillow cases on the bed had a smudge of dirt. Fortunately, the room attendant was next door and she was able to replace the pillow case with a smile. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my stay !

Hotel charged me for the stay after the room was paid for. Two days later - still no credit!!

I was disappointed that the pool deck was closed.

Room was AMAZING!! There were 2 big comfortable bath robes, beautiful art and decor, just speechless really!!!!

It would have been nice if parking would have been closer. I had to walk a long ways from my car to the lobby.

The parking garage is difficult to get out of.

LOCATION AND FAIRLY NEW HOTEL..

I'VE CHECK-IN AT 3:30PM AND FOUNDING OUT THAT ROOM IS NOT READY FOR CHECK-IN AND FRONT DESK REP. TOLD ME TO WAIT 15-20 MIN. AND IT DIDN'T HAPPENED UNTIL 5:10 PM THAT'S WHEN I RECEIVED THE ROOM KEY.

Location, location, Starbucks is inside lobby, shopping and dinning are outside couple steps away. Last but not least the hotel is beautiful.

Cleanliness and Location.

No free parking available with plenty of room to have had some.

Very clean and quiet room with comfortable bed. Shower was awesome and the room was very plush and spacey.

WiFi sucked,poor phone reception and very limited TV Chanel slection.oops did not read caption...LOL

PARKING IS BIT EXPENSIVE...
