The room had a musky smell each time we entered into the room. Carpet felt damp, maybe from cool air conditioner

My blind in room wasn't work ask front about it and offered to put in another room I declined I was content with the room and the offer to change great experience

Clean and tastefully renovated. Very good complementary breakfast.

I've stayed here numerous times and check-in is always problematic. Nobody is at the front desk, or their computer system is down, or the employee is just painfully slow -- it's ALWAYS something. I dread check-in even thought the hotel is great.

the front desk people and the room was updated. we were very happy with the newly redone shower with doors. so glad we didn't have to deal with shower curtains.

The room was new and clean. Comfy bed.

Pool closed. Construction site. Dust everywhere. They didn¿t have room coffee. Didn¿t have an iron anywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was not worth the trouble. Hardly worth --- dollars. I deserve a discount. I expect to know if it¿s a construction site.

Location

Yes it was under construing, but there is no excuse for the whole hotel being dirty. The lobby was filthy. The renovations are clearly cheap and this hotel needs more than a facelift. The fit and finish of everything is garbage.

Quiet, convenient, remodeled

Mattress was not comfortable. One top sheet and a heavy duvet- one sheet , a thermal blanket and the duvet would have been more comfortable

The cleanliness, location, the bathroom shower, amenities such as the microwave and fridge. The room size, desk and couch that made it feel like home. The nice grab and go breakfast was excellent!

The key card not working with the doors. Having to be moved to another room. Lack of communication with employee at check in with us as well as another guest. She was quite rude.

The rooms, location, cleanliness of the rooms and the staff was very attentive and welcoming. A big thanks to Hotel employee for going the extra mile to make sure our stay was great and it was! We will definitely be back! Grab and go breakfast.

The staff were courteous and took great care of us!

The rooms seemed like it needed lots of maintenance and while we understood the reason for not providing housekeeping services, it still would have been nice to have had some housekeeping during our long stay.

Half the time I couldn't ever find anybody at the front desk my father was hard of hearing and my room key was up in my room and I couldn't get anybody to come help me. Also half the amenities or more were not available cuz of covid. If I would have known

Air conditioner did not work most efficiently. A visible presence of the desk staff was very limited—not visibly availability for assistance.

Breakfast was great. Eating area clean, food fresh. Rooms were large & clean enough.

Hotel night staff not friendly at all, and We arrived after midnight. Carpet needs to be replaced.

The house keeper forgot to restock the conditioner. But no big deal

Despite the hotel being smoke free, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Also, both experiences with the front desk staff were terrible. They seemed to be "bothered" when I came to them with a problem rather than apologetic and helpful.
