Clean and quiet room. Also the room included a refrigerator and top burners.

The space of the suite

It is a pet friendly hotel, but they charge us $100/night, for a medium size dog, it's the same amount for four adults per night stay, it is too much. And the additional bedding for the sofa bed missed the flat sheet.

The location was within walking distance to Ameris which was helpful and there was ample parking.

We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and they gave us a room with one queen bed and a very small pull-out loveseat that was incredibly uncomfortable. The hotel had weird smells and looked like it needed updating. Very disappointed.

Nothing I was lied to by Priceline staff that there was a bar at this hotel as well as website! It says there is a bar at the hotel and a poolside bar. When I called after booking they said they don¿t even have bars or sell any alcohol.

I called Priceline 20 minutes after booking to inform them there was no bar and cancel reservation and made a new reservation at the Westin Hotel that had a bar. Priceline and hotel refuse to issue me the refund and I¿m going to start disputing w/ bank!

I liked the cleanliness & the food

The lobby was small and difficult to find and the hotel seemed a bit old & out of date in style

First night found a roach walls floor bed amd blinds all had stains on them it was disgusting

Kitchen

Breakfast was closed at 9am, kitchen staff arguing with customers, front desk lied about Wi-Fi which was not working the entire stay. Other guest arguing using racial slurs.

Price

Rudeness from staff/management trash outside on the ground dirty furniture and appliances. Staff smoking on property at front door, breakfast very poor wifi/ internet tv didn¿t work at all¿ Just a complete disaster !!

Location is great.

First room I was assigned to was noisy. HVAC made ticking noises non-stop. Street noise is very noticeable. Footstep noise from upstairs reminded me of a budget motel. I requested a room change. Second room was much quieter but very smelly.

Nothing to like! The Hotel was dirty. They did not offer house keeping services. There was no Breakfast. The pool was closed. The front desk had no customer service skills whatsoever! We cut our vacation short due to the horrific conditions.

EVERYTHING! The Hotel had what seemed to be homeless people hanging around inside and outside of the building at all times of the day. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot and stairwells.This was more of a housing project than a hotel.

Nice well appointed rooms with a full kitchen and utensils. Comfortable bed. A comfortable desk chair and excellent workspace.

Stayed 4 nights. No maid service, no internet service (2 days), suspended hot breakfast, and no security to handle all the dope smokers stinking up the place. Complaints fell on deaf incompetent ears, so I checked out instead of renewing for the week.

The check in service was horrible. Not very friendly or descriptive of room locations. Multiple buildings and had to hunt down my room as well go back to front desk multiple times because of poor directions and communication

Paper thin walls. If you are a light sleeper you may want to avoid this hotel.

Awesome location! Also very nice to have a kitchen! Will always stay at these hotels if I will be there for more than one night.

If check out is at 12, do not knock on our door at 9:45 am asking if we are going to check out. Then do not come back at 11am, 11:30am, 11:45am. I understand housekeeping is very busy, but I am trying to pack and I paid for the room until noon.

Clean room with lots of space. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free Breakfast was good also.

The staff was friendly. They offered complimentary items such as board game, playing cards, etc. They offer a complimentary hot breakfast which was good.
