The location and amenities were great. We appreciated the breakfast, full size fridge and kind front desk person. Overall, the room was clean.

None of our tvs worked in the rooms. Maintenance had to come by to fix them. There was no warm water for showering. Lastly, the queen beds were not queen, they were barely larger than a twin size.

The shower was not usable. There was dried blood splatter on the shower walls.

Rooms are spacious and clean location is very convenient staff was extremely welcoming and nice

Website said they had a shuttle and we were expecting to be able to use that but the shuttle wading running during our visit

The location was good, few minutes drive to food and entertainment. Every member of staff was nice and welcoming.

Coffee should be hot all day not just in the mornings.

The staff was rude and there were 3 roaches in my room. 1 on the curtain, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the bathtub. Definitely will not be booking with the. Ever again.

I liked the fact I was welcomed in with a smile. There was a small issue, they handled it in a timely manner

The to go breakfast. I think they should do something a little different, than just a bagel a boiled eggs. Maybe start taking breakfast orders, whoever responds to it gets their breakfast delivered to room in a to go box.

They advertise breakfast from 7-9 am. My wife and I went down there at 8:15 and there was nothing for breakfast. They dont enforce the non-smoking policy. We smelt cigarette smoke all night! I called the desk but nothing. Where's my deposit? Spiderwebs

Suite was lovely to stay in. On the ground floor in a corner & it was very quiet. That was the best part - the quiet! Impressed by the evening food service & by the other services offered. Piping hot water w/ lots of pressure in the shower was perfect!

I was charge twice once through the hotel and the second one came from y'all and having a hard time getting the problem fix

Everything low on staff room didn't get clean hotel double charge me and we are in a new month and still nothing is done

The staff was excellent! It was very clean, in a great location, and offered a nice breakfast and also happy hour with a light supper.

Check in was very slow with only one person working and it was very warm in the lobby while waiting in line but the receptionist was very nice.

The BREAKFAST! One of the best complimentary breakfast buffets we have experienced! Full of variety, nicely appointed, spacious dining area and very well attended. We also liked the super clean bathroom along with the two-room set-up.

The room was really nice and clean.

The staff really ruined this experience. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for about 7 or 8 minutes, and then the employee could not find my reservation. Then there was a false fire alarm the next morning, and maids came way too early.

Suite with double beds and fold out sofa and full kitchen. The matrress for the sofa bed was clean and Iit did not smell. The linen for the sofa bed was clean.

Yhe tub has a yellow discoloration which made it seem like it had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Huge room, all you can eat breakfast, great kitchen, great staff, clean everything, great parking, quite rooms...WHAT ELSE can you ask for???

I only wish there was a kids play area but maybe that would make this place a resort.
