The family that owns the hotel is really nice and it?s nice to have the option of a jetted tub

Whoever ?cleaned? the room didn?t wipe down a single surface and I had to wipe down the tables covered with the nasty smelly residue of some previous guest?s fast food meal- ketchup & mustard all caked up everywhere and greasy too. I also came home sick.

Yes, needs a building code inspector: 1) No workable air vent in bath room. 2) Toilet seat was missing the lid. 3) Faded worn out carpet with dirty stains. 4) Spider web in ceiling over bed. 5) Cushions on sofa very uncomfortable. 6) Only one trash can.

The customer service and breakfast were amazing!!

First room we went in had so much food and garbage under the pullout couch and under night stands...but the front desk was quick to move us to a new room that was totally fine.

Having to move rooms because forst room dirty. Second room was dirty as well with dirty used towels. It was non-smoking but halls reeked of smoke. It was being re-done so there was dirt and ceiling peeling all over. Not very pleasant to look at.

The only thing I liked about hotel that building was located on a quiet street and when I checked in in the evening, the concierge was polite and accommodating. Next morning, the condition on the front desk has changed.

The hotel is outdated, dark and dirty. My non-smoking room was stinky. I am not sure the linen was changed properly. In disgust I could not stay another night, needles to say, no one refunded my money. This hotel is not pulling even for 2.5 stars.

The vending machines

The bathroom was filthy! Had to wash the toilet before using it and behind the bathroom door is absolutely disgusting!!!!

The elevator situation was really bad you had to wait 30 seconds for the elevator to come up to the floor and then you couldn't close the door on the elevator it was simply horrible especially if there was a real emergency. My stay was not pleasant.

Like I said above there's nothing that I really like the elevator situation was really bad and I left on the door do not disturb but they somebody still came in the room and cleaned it up when I said not to

The location & front desk staff

needs a good cleaning & security to run off all the people loitering & smoking around the doors at all hours.

Lobby was very clean.

I have pictures of the walls and ceiling of our room and there was black mold that covered it. Thank God we were only there for two nights because I woke up the second night with my throat closed off, and my eyes were all goopy and extremely puffy.

Pool was closed and there was nit a hot breakfast. I was there for a swim meet so I was expecting these things so she could swim and I would not have to stop for breakfast.

Very clean and the room design was very nice. I liked the furniture.

My nonsmoking room kind of smelled like smoke. Just a lingering smell, but still not pleasant.

The staff was very nice. They also had enough parking and a hot breakfast in the morning. I was very surprised as how nice the place is.

Close to a lot of restaurants and the freeway. Room was good just to sleep in, we were out all day

We requested a quite room, and they put us in a room next to the noisy elevator. I did not get to sleep until after 1:00 AM.

The shower curtain rod was sagging and the curtain would fall to the middle leaving the sides open and water splashing out.

Very clean rooms and I loved the Jacuzzi

They can have a better equipped store for general items and more food options.

Good location, close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The pull out sofa was horrible! Most rooms have a king and a pull out sofa. They don't really air condition the common areas of the hotel, very warm, stuffy air. The hotel is on the older side and it looks that way. Free breakfast was poor quality.
