Very clean and contemporary feel. The staff are very friendly and professional The breakfast is excellent!

Walls are a little thin.

Drafty room from a/c. A trickle of water from the shower, Shower corners not clean, Water did not get very hot, 1st Room had no hot water at all, Had to walk 1/2 block from the 4th and 5th floor of a distant parking garage in the rain, Added charges

Location - close to the restaurants and bars.

Was hoping the bar reception would be open a little longer and unlimited drinks like some of the other Embassy Suits.

If you want a hot shower, the maxx you going get us luke warm. Took 5 min for water to get just warm

Nice experience and great venue for our reunion

They didn't record my late checkout so was basically harassed by housekeeping then front desk. My request for a wake up call was not recorded in which i missed the wonderful breakfast that Embassy Suites has.

The staff was very friendly and polite, and professional.

The pool was very nasty the whole entire 5 days of my stay. My family and I couldn't get in at all. I ordered food at the bar and never received it. The elevators in the parking lot stop working after the weekend and my family had to walk up and downstair

It’s centered in a market that has shops, restaurants and cinema.

We had a do not disturb sign on the door and the check out was 11 am. At 9:00 am and 9:45 am we had knocks on the door from housekeeping. I wish they would have read the sign.

Everything was nice and very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff beyond nice.

Everything was beautifully decorated, the room was immaculate. The front desk staff exceptional!!!

The only thing I would change is the snacks offered at 5:30….. cheese and crackers?!!

Our room was not made up 2 out of the 7 nights we spent at the hotel because we were still in the room when the cleaning lady knocked on the door. Despite our warning the front desk later in the morning that we had left the room it was not made up later in the day as promised.The fee for self-parking in the garage is outrageously expensive.
