Room was okay

They double billed my credit card and refused to give me a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. There's no excuse for this nonsense. Worst customer service at a hotel ever. Terrible manager.

The people at the front desk were attentive and very kind.

I was unable to get into each exterior door with my key. It seemed that I had to walk around to the front of the building to get in from outside. It would be nice to be able to use my key to gain entry from all exterior doors.

Horrible experience, no running water in sink and shower Switched room and still same issue Staff was not even acknowledging and helping

Cleanliness

The main light switch controlled all but the lights over the bed. So lights were either on or off. There was also a gap between the bottom of the shower door and the floor making a mess of water when taking a shower.

Clean, comfortable bed, great staff!

no comfortable chair in the room, tiny fridge and no microwave. also Fridge was on the floor under vanity. Shower door setup was poorly planned.

Lower than normal rates for a Memorial Day weekend

Pool was closed Room wasn't ready an hour and a half past check-in. Too much attitude from the desk clerk.

Location, quite, safety.

Everything was ok, during we were living there. But when we prepared to leave, I found hundreds of ants were coming out from the wall corner. My kids were scared. Then I realized that, ants were always there in the days we living. showed video to manager.

The AC/heat did not work. I called for non-feather pillows (this is a Marriot-owned hotel so should have non-feather and feather options) and was told they had zero in the whole hotel. Room smelled like animals and felt grimy.

I loved the modern decor!

My room did not get cleaned daily. And there were ants on the desk.

Location

Nothing special about the hotel - no services or amenities making it worthy of a 4-star rating. Every other day maid service, bathroom fixtures that fell off the wall, etc.

The location is perfect for shopping. Many restaurants and local attractions nearby. Safe, nice area. The staff was friendly. My room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately the room was not sanitary. Extreme mold on the shower curtains, hair in the bed, and it looked as if the room had not been vacuumed. My TV did not work which was extremely frustrating. There was free wifi but it was slow.

The shower was awesome, it was quiet and nicely located to other areas.

The pillows were so thin and flat and the bed was uncomfortable. Not a great night sleep. Also I walked in and the front desk receptionist said the room was $--- and I looked on their website and it is said $---. So she was trying to charge me extra.

This was a great business hotel. Room could easily be totally blacked out for sleep. Bed was comfy.

Food and drink pricing was a little ridiculous. Higher prices at a hotel are to be expected, but these were over the top.

Room was disgusting not like it looked in the pictures smelled very moldy wife and family got sick been to the aloft a lot of times never had a problem

Location.

Very ¿bare bone¿ hotel. Clean and extremely modern fixtures. However, should probably be a 2.5 rating and not a 3.!we have stayed at a number of hotels in area with a 3 rating and this one is not in same league..towels are very thin and no face cloth .

It¿s just a clean comfy hotel and it¿s in a nice spot far as you can shop or eat.

When we check in the first room it was not clean at all and them the staff member may it right .
