Better breakfast

Faucet of sink and shower were poorly installed and kept coming off

The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

The handicap accessible rooms are located furthered from the elevator. Also it would be helpful to have handicap size toilets in those rooms. I have found this in other Hampton hotels.

Staff was really friendly and got everything extra that I needed

The elevator would get too crowded so we had to either wait a long time or use the stairs

eggs and sausage didn?t taste ?real?. other Hamptons had nice yogurt options and oatmeal.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The only protein offered was cold scrambled or boiled eggs. No bacon or sausage. The sausage gravy was the worst I?ve ever seen. We stayed because of the good breakfast Hampton Inn usually has.

Clean and safe location.

Asked for room on first floor but given 3rd floor.

Disappointing that I had to go to my car and book online to get the advertised price as opposed to just check in and get the room

Thanks room had previous water damage and smelled very musty. Also, a live bug was found near the fridge.

Hotel is showing its age and needs an update. It is also very expensive for the quality of the hotel so not a good value.

Location is convenient to highway.

Not properly cleaned. Moldy and needs updating. Better off choosing another exit.

Would be far too pricey without the good deal we got.

I paid $115 as well for my stay at Avid in Lexington. There is no match. Avid was twice as better (service and room).

I arrive at 11:00 pm and nobody was there to greet me. I had to wait for 10 or perhaps 15 minutes before I could check in my room. That said, I was serviced by someone else in the morning and she was very helpful and professional.

Amazing breakfast as always! I stay with Hampton exclusively for this reason as well as their fitness center. Great service!!

Overall stay was great. Very much appreciated the manager allowing us to check out at noon vs 11a due to a meeting I needed to attend from 11a-12p

only 1 person at check in desk and 6 other people were trying to check in about 6 pm. next morning 3 employees were at same desk. breakfast 6-10 am. at 9am they were out of muffins, bagels bacon and slow on new eggs.made no attempt to replinish other than

No hot water the evening we arrived or the following morning. No cable TV operating the evening we arrived. Staff wasn't helpful correcting any of the issues. There were loud noises and people coming in and out of the next room till 1am.

Location fit our needs.

When we arrived water was leaking from the ceiling and our second queen size bed was soaking wet. The person on staff would not do anything about it. Breakfast was not good and no juice.
