Once a few months back, my girlfriend and I were stiffed out of a room and never received our money back

Floors in room were filthy. Spilt water and wiping it up towel was black

lOCATION AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE

MY FAMILY HAD TO MOVE ROOMS FOUR (4 TIMES) DUE TO SOMETHING NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND i HAD (4) ROOMS FOR 2 NIGHTS. WE HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THIS MOTEL IN ADEL GA FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE UNHAPPY .

Location was great right off the interstate

The room was very old the mattress was yellow the carpet was awful and the room smells like mold

They are restoring rooms. They put us in an old room when there were restored rooms available but it was too late when we learned of this

Not handicap equipped. We ask for ground floor due to wife wheelchair. We were placed on 2nd floor. No elevatirs

Horrible. Bathroom had leftover hair from previous renters. Roaches were everywhere. After killing the 8th roach, I packed up and left at midnight.

Close to race track

We had stayed there a couple of years ago and it was nice It has really went down hill. No coffee pots in the room or alarm clock,We left for the day and came back after dark and no clean towels or maid service. We won't stay again.

The hotel was close to our venue

The room smelled like mold and there were stains all over the carpet.

The T.V. and the pool.

It was cold, dirty and run down. The pop machine didn't work and was out of order and out of pop, so there was nothing there to drink.

Rattling moldy air conditioner. Room dirty and smelling of dog. Guests sitting outside their rooms in large groups. I left within 10 minutes for another hotel.

The night shif5 lady was very helpful and friendly

The last room I stayed in the door looked like it had been kicked in and you had 5o slam it hard to get it to shut even. The morning Manger has a bad attitude and really rude and Mt phone was stolen from the room after I checked in and that had all m7 i

They allowed my emotional support dogs and there was at lest one of the employees who was very nice and friendly

Yeah I do belive my phone got stolen after I checked out the maide was the last one in there not even 5 mins after I walked out but she told the lady's up front that she didn't find anything

Location was off the highway

Breakfast was non existent. Muffins and coffee when it was advertised as a hot breakfast. Pool was closed. Advertised it had a pool. Very unhappy with these two factors.

It was very dirty everywhere! The front desk was not friendly, the grounds were so dirty, blood on the carpets, stains on the sheets, room dirty!! This is not what we are accustomed to for a Days Inn, if these are now with Wyndham, well shame on Wyndham.

Mattress was too soft and lumpy. Air and heat fan extremely noisy and the pillows were old and beat up. Way too close to highway with lots of noise. No elevator to go to 2nd fl.

The best aspect of the hotel was the large parking lot and convenient location.

The hotel was filthy, old and in very poor condition. Carpet was extremely dirty with blood stains, towels also stained. Trash cans overflowing in corridors. No cold water in sink. TV old and worn out. Walls stained and paint peeling. Just bad.

Terrible internet. Loud road noise you can hear in the room.
