Convenience to where we needed to be

Ripped carpet in room, whoolpool had bugs coming out of the jet area in the tub

The room had all the advertised amenities, and they all worked. The breakfast was great, and there was an icemaker in the lobby.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We waited for about 20 minutes, and when I called the number on the "be back soon" sign, it rang to the front desk. The front desk person was on the phone with someone the whole time I was checking in

convenient & the free breakfast is pretty good.

The fan is ALWAYS on in the bathroom when the light is on.

The hotel was very clean and the service great! I stayed here for my daughter’s graduation and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast was freshly made every day. The staff was kind and helpful. Close to everything we needed to visit.

The room smelled/felt very humid/damp and there was a a bit more dust then I?d expect from a hotel but nothing too bad (writing this in case somebody has dust allergies).

Price and location.

Should add actual curtains to block out the outside lights.

Comfort, close to restaurants and other stores. The pleasant staff.

Different variety of breakfast food. No discount for staying more than 5 days.

I was treated with kind and respect

Being served the same thing every morning. I would have like to had bacon, omelets, larger muffins.

No water no showers. It was turned off and management did not answer front desk phones for hours. Unprofessional. No appropriate clothes no coffee maker in my room sorry washcloths hard towels hard bed dirty carpet dirty lobby just terrible

That I was able to rest well.

I tried to get in whirlpool but everytime I ran water to fill up there was hair and debris not belonging to me. It was nasty and Tried cleaning it three times. I paid extra for an option I couldnt even enjoy. That really disappointed me.

Very friendly, easy check-in, very clean rooms.

Decent hotel for rhe money.

I think it was just understaffed a bit. Spills left on dining area floor and could of been a tad cleaner. Pool needs an overhaul badly.

It was conveniently located to LaePoint Sports and in a good area.

The room had a smell to it that wouldn¿t go away. Also looked like someone tried to break into our room door before.

Honestly nothing.

We got the jaquzzi room. The pictures were way off from the reality of the room. Definitely shouldn't charge almost$--! Could've been a lot cleaner and it also smelt like mildew! Never again.

Location

We were there in November and this time it appeared that the quality of the hotel is diminishing. We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for new towels because they had not cleaned our room by 2:00pm.
