Staff, hot breakfast

The pool was closed. We stayed at this hotel for the indoor pool and it was closed due to lack of upkeep. 1 staff said my kids were not allowed in the gym with me exercising respectfully on their walk/run machines. All other staff were fine with us.

It was easy to find

The coffee pot was full of liquid and mold. The room wasn¿t super clean

had to move to a different room because original room was VERY musty, stinky. Dog in room downstairs started barking about 5 am and wasn't corrected. general appearance of inside hotel had scratches on walls, dirt stains on walls.

The AC/Heating unit was broken in our room. They did however, quickly move us and brought us a luggage cart to make it easier.

Really hard to figure out how to get into this hotel. I ended up pulling into the wendy's and then finding a way to the hotel which is located behind it.

the room temperature at 66 degree and outside it was 17 degree. the heat took more than an hour and a half to get the room temperature to 71 degrees.

Nice new hotel with a good shower. Very clean.

There was a bit of confusion at the front desk which took longer than expected. This might be due to new staff. The hotel is close to a very busy intersection. Would be best for business travelers.

The staff was so friendly. We had evacuated FL for hurricane Irma and the employees made us feel like we were at home. Rooms were beautiful with frigs. & microwave. Comfortable beds and great showers.

It was a clean bed and clean room.

The parking lot is oddly set up my gps sent me too far down the road and I had to turn around.

Great customer service, great rooms and a great breakfast.

Only thing I didn't like was we thought we was going to get a king size bed but they was out, so we had to settle with a full size.
