- The front desk was kind and accommodating The manager was also excellent.
- Large recently refurbished room, plentiful breakfast with hot options. Easily accessible from the highway.

- This night they were overbooked and gave me a "service room". Unfort
- The hot tub did not work. The elevator did not work for 1/2 of our stay. The heat did not work in our room. They stated they put a work order in, but no one showed up to fix it. The room got down to 61 degrees.
- The dish washer kept leaking all over the floor and guests were still smoking when it was clear that it's a smoke free hotel. You can smell the scent of cigarettes in the hallway.
