Pros +

It had a room available the week before new year's eve.
Very quiet and great location

Cons -

Poor design. Low power microwave and 2 burner stove. Noise in halls. Only change sheets once a week. I originally booked a room for a week, wouldn't extend for another day, only a week.
They only provided us with 4 towels for the entire week. Said we get no more. No cleaning as they only do so once a week. No bathroom tissue besides 1 single roll, only one small face bar size for soap. We provided trash removal ourselves as well.
