Pros +
- Lobby, restaurants and pool areas were very nice
- The room setting good for family
- The customer service is great all over check in, bar & restaurant, buffet cookers.
Cons -
- Beds were a little too soft and resulted in my back beginning to get sore. Bathroom was adequate but a little small
- The housekeeping service poorly
- Sub par breakfast and LOUD band music playing below us early in the morning. Our first kid free night and couldn?t even sleep in a bit. When I asked the front staff it?s like they didn?t even care.
