The elevator has been out of order for a long time and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs and carry our luggage and bags

Elevator was broken, I had a third floor room. Too many stairs to climb.

Beds good, mattresses nice and firm, room was clean. Liked the breakfast buffet. Service was good.

I thought it was kind of an older, dated hotel. However, it seemed to be nicely maintained and was clean.

Not a very good neighborhood, they had to have an armed security guard walking the property all night, elevator was horrible, they new it wouldn't go up to the 4th floor but kept it open 3 people were stuck in it for about 2 hours

front desk staff was pleasant and location to airport was close. The area was a little sketchy.

Hotel team collecting passport photocopies of guests unlawfully! I have explained them they have no rights to keep personal identification records in their file, this is a big security vulnerability for the clients but they stubbornly not listening

Nothing, They refused to let my driver in his room. I am disputing the charges and your staff is very unprofessional!

The room had been paid for and the reservation name is under Taevon Ransom. We are quite upset and I have moved any and all LaQuinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham to our DO NOT USE LIST going forward! Unless you make this right somehow!

Safety is an issue because anyone that?s not a guest can approach hotel property and guests.

There was a lizard in the room that force us to leave very very early

Excellent customer services at the check-in desk . The room was very comfortable. I liked that it had wood floor and not carpet and the breakfast was soo good

The two people who stole my car they had on camera all afternoon. They had no reason to be on the property. Security, who are off duty -duty police officers, should have stopped them. The car was stolen around 4-5 pm. They were caught roughly 12 hrs.

Everything. Was very happy with the breakfast and those eggs they serve ?

Wifi was not available ?. I work on the road and having to pack up my machine and move it to the hotels lobby is not an option.

The cleanliness and the comfortable bed was amazing

The bathtub wasn?t that great water got on the floor and it?s not really a hotel I mas mislead by that it?s more of a motel!!
