Location to the beach Even though I have some small complaints below, I would defiantly stay again for this price
renovated older building, little issues. Sliding door into the bedroom, slider broke so we could not close the door. Toilet ran continually, I tried to turn it off at the valve and the valve would not work. Check in was very strange, I was worried.
The owner called and had to switch me to a different rental due to previous people freezing the ac unit. I stayed here last year and had an amazing time with my kids. Its got what you need and perfect location. The new rental was very nice and close too.
Location was excellent. Could walk to beach and restaurants. Room was clean. Very good value.
Only had air conditioning in bedroom. Need in den. The sofa needs to be replaced, it is hard and terrible to sleep on. Mattress on bed was too soft.
Relatively clean, although no dishwasher so I rewashed dishes. Close to public beach, bars and restaurants. Good parking.
Fridge froze everything and despite repeated messages, it wasn¿t fixed or replaced. Had to request extra towels, coffee, soap for our 7 night stay. Paper-thin walls, broken towel bar, cheap bedding. Futon sheets weren¿t folded. Not a 1 bedroom - studio.

The glass table on an oval base...not kid friendly.
