Pros +

close to beach and shopping
The location was great and convenient but the room was literally falling apart; the walls were peeling, smelled so bad like cat urine on the carpet and bedding we had to place towels over the sheets just to sleep. Very awful.
Very clean.. very nice staff and the owner of the hotel very helpful

Cons -

We were not told we would be on the 2nd floor no elevator. the bathroom was super tiny one could not dress in it. the room was not safe a back entrance with a chain/weak lock. I have photos. The refridge was dirty looking on outside. $$ to high
