Clean property, plenty of parking. Rate was relatively inexpensive.

Pool and hot tub a bit unruly, lots of kids running, diving, jumping, no supervision, no enforcement of rules (people smoking pot at pool). The hotel feels under staffed.

The pool was heated and clean. The free breakfast was big with a lot of options. The location was convenient.

We thought a Hilton would be amazing. The outside definitely was very appealing. Our room had a tub w/ big rust spots, leaking toilet,small fridge ran loud, gfi switches were loose, towel bars crooked.. Let desk attendant know but he was not interested.

Staff is great. Very warm and personable. Location is great for access to points of interest in and near Venice.

Room was adequate but could use some updating and freshening up. Window area above A/C leaked during rain.

This was my 3rd stay within the last 5 weeks. This visit was very dissatisfying. The property was not sold out but I was given a room next to the elevator equipment on the first floor. The location is good as I have a family member who has just relocated.

Everything was great. Comfy beds , good breakfast.However, there was a strong sewage smell in the a.m. Room 303.

Hotel is exactly like every other Hampton Inn .. They are all at the higher end of a price point , but like McDonald¿s, you know what you¿re getting..

Excellent Staff, clean and quiet hotel. Nice breakfast and fully stocked at all times. Nice location, close to downtown. Also , nice pool area too. Just a nice vibe about the hotel.

Staff outstanding. Excellent breakfast with so much variety and constantly being restocked when needed. Great location set back from the road and just a nice vibe about the hotel. Clean and quiet, 5 mins to downtown.

Hotel room was expensive which wouldn't be bad except it was old, worn, and small. Elevator is far from the front entry. Bathroom is old and little counter space. not acceptable for the price.

Hotel is very convenient to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Staff is amazing!! Biking/walking trail is easily accessible next to hotel.

Breakfast needs more healthier options.

Quilt too thick and hot. We cannot sleep with these quilts they have at every Hampton Inn

Check in person could not have cared less, didn’t even look up when we arrived, we felt as though she was annoyed she had to help us.

The hot tub and pool were relaxing. The room was comfortable.
