No. The price and location definitely exceeded my expectations! Not to mention, I slept like a baby. That is not usually easy for me in a new place. So grateful.

Park right outside your own door, back doors open to pool. The barefoot guy in office was contagiously friendly.

Tub was clogged, the bathroom window was broken and stuck open. I killed 3 different types of roaches in the same room, and also had one climb up my leg while in bathroom.

Roach-infested room. Room also in need of repairs. Rude front desk lady. We had to leave and find another place to stay at 3:30am in the morning. Absolutely unacceptable.

Pool

Staff are very rude. I have an emotional support dog who was in the car and they harassed me to no end which is illegal. She was quiet as a mouse too. Extremely rude people.

Nothing the staff was rude and disrespectful the rooms wasn't clean all the linen was worn out with stains and rips

The only thing good about this place was the location

The hotel staff was rude as hell. I booked a room for three people 2 adults and 1 child, upon checking in I was inform the reservation was for only two people and was charged $10 a day for the extra person. Also we found a huge cockroach in our room.

The room a lot nicer than I expected when I pulled up. Room was clean and the courtyard was well kept.

The water in the sink and shower did not drain, no room cleaning during my stay and no coffee replenished during my stay

Not giving discount on possible extended stay. There were large Rats and a person drowned/died in the pool. Bed Bug/Flea Infektion after stay

This little hotel is wonderful. Not fancy but adorable and super clean. Wish their water pressure was better in shower and better towels but overall great! We stay here twice a year for an art show in downtown Venice. Their patio area is wonderful

The water pressure in shower should be a bit stronger and the towels are so small and flimsy.

The staff was great. 6 night stay with a king bed a fan overhead, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table & 2 chairs, couch. Beautiful view from the pool, which we enjoyed every early evening. Had a musty smell but with the fan on all¿s good. Close shops ¿

We've stayed here a few times. The location is very close to the pier and Sharkey's. The hotel is an older type hotel, where you can park right outside your room. I appreciate that the hotel looks a little better each time I go.

If you are expecting a 4-5 star resort, this is not it. But it is clean, the beds are nice, and the pool was nice and deep. Nice breakfast restaurant.

hotel was under construction. No place to park that would allowed for no damage to my vehicle. Still charged cancelation fee even though I was not able to stay there.

Location was perfect. We loved the contained courtyard for the kids without worring about any traffic..it was nice and quiet. The landscaping was nice. Beds comfortable

It was great overall but the ac in our room could bairly keep it cool enough. THe bathroom could have been cleaner ans the pillows were pretty flat. But we would stay there again. We rented two rooms and the other room had nice cold ac.

Great location. Close to publix, beach, and different shops. The room was as described and they seem to be doing renovations to help it look more updated.

Overall the place was clean. The fridge hadn't been wiped after the last guests and we woke up to half-alive cockroaches which wasn't great... Advised staff during checkout and all I was told was "oh" no compensation or concern over the cleanliness.

Room is large and French doors to pool area is unique and very convenient. We have traveled a number of times in the past year in Virginia and Florida and housekeeping services the best we've experienced. Room was cleaned, fresh towels daily.

The only negative which was not a big deal is water pressure is a little less than desirable.

The location is 5-10 minutes from anywhere on the ¿island¿ including downtown and the beach. The courtyard which is accessible from each room is pleasant and includes containers for room trash and access to a guest laundry.

The ¿deluxe king room¿ we were assigned was updated in some respects such as the small bath, flooring, and small kitchenette sink but had no closet and had smaller floor space overall. The entry door hardware was loose and old with a keyed lock.
