Me and my wife loved that it was quiet, quaint and cozy the room looked very clean and had everything we needed

There was only 2 things we didn't like but are not deal breakers for us to return 1st was the hot water we did not have any hot water at all even after letting the shower run for about 5 minutes also the bed was very uncomfortable and unsecure

The A/C unit in the bedroom area was not in very good shape and was a little stuffy. The wall in the kitchen area wasn?t finished wasn?t a huge deal but would be an easy fix to make the space look more welcoming. Blinds would be nice for privacy.

There was no one to speak to if you need more towels or anything. You had to call them. Located right next to a night club also.

Clean, private, cold ac, did I mention CLEAN? Very well kept and very good instructions and excellent and friendly communications! Definitely highly recommend and will be staying there again. Thank you!

No. It was amazing and exceeded my expectations!

We checking in to a very small room, as we arrived late. We upgraded to a newer larger room the next moring. The owners are very accommodating and nice people to deal with. Room is very clean.

Rooms are small, could be all updated, loud at night as it¿s right beside a bar. We are here for bike week, it was a bit far to travel but a good location over all as it¿s close to cocca beach Overall it¿s a 6-6.5 out of 10

Location. Not too far from Kennedy Space Center or plenty of places to eat. A small place but it was maintained well. Very clean inside. Places to sit outside in a courtyard especially if you were a smoker.

Very few amenities. No drinking glasses, hair dryer, or ice. A space heater is in the closet that is unplugged. If you want heat you would have to pull it out then unplug the air conditioner under the window to plug it in to use. No breakfast.

Couldn't get any hot water even after 10 minutes. No working fire pit.

Staff was good, prompt check in under 2min.

Area is okay, rooms were a little rough. Needed more cleaning, more light and fewer bugs. WiFi was non-existent, as was cell signal.

Their willingness to cancel upon arrival after it did not meet my expectations. They worked with me on this.

The mildew and mold smell was unbearable, the door closed the wrong way (safety issue), and the A/C didn't cut it. This seemed like more of a motel than hotel.

I didn't like it a bit, not looking as on photos. Dirty looking place.

From a distance we saw broken windows on one of the rooms. The reception was closed with a sign on a piece of paper. The door was hard to open, seemed damaged or just too old. The room was tiny, everything looked older, in much worse shape than on photos.

The proprietor, while a bit inept, was very nice and responsive when told of shortcomings.

Who cleans the bedroom while not even touching the bath? A bit more attention to detail would have helped.

The fire place

Shower faucet handle was not secure. Two missing towel bars.

Wall outlet hard to access and no USB charging outlets.
