Room was dirty. Went and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean it. So gross! Staff wasn¿t over the top friendly nor would I say welcoming. Saw a cockroach in the elevator. Just not at all what I¿d expect from a Hilton property especially a Homewood inn

Room was dirty. Told the desk and they offered to have house keeping come clean it. I expect a lot from Homewood inn and suits and they fell so far short. I went to Walmart and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. No compensation was offered

Location - many restaurants and stores are close by. Close to the highway.

This hotel is very old and outdated. It did not feel very clean.

Low cost for family of 5. We booked a suite for a late arrival and early check out and it worked out very well with relatively comfortable beds and we each had our own bathroom which was great

All the staff that I interacted with was very friendly. I enjoyed my hotel stay with my family.

Honestly, The only thing I would say was the breakfast was not good to me. Not that it was terribly nasty it just wasn¿t the best.

Location was excellent for us. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was somewhat dirty and run down. There are stains all over the front where the A/C's drain.The interior and room was well worn and dirty. The silverware in the room was dirty. The A/C was so loud it was like a Diesel truck running.

It was a suite and had two rooms.

The hotel room could use new carpeting and new furniture. The smell was musky and did not smell clean so I had to open the windows when I first walked in. The chairs and couches were all stained. Definitely have stayed in better Homewood hotels.

The front desk staff as well as the cleaning staff were friendly and professional and when that other way to make certain that my stay was a safe and comfortable one.

Some nitpicks maybe but the elevators rattle and shake a bit which could be a bit unnerving. By the end of my stay one of the two was out of commission. Additionally, the furnishings in the rooms are dated. Utensils were spare 4 cooking.

First your representative book the wrong room.

Your representative book two king rooms, when it should have been one Kong room and one room with double beds

Location is great, pool was nice. For the most part, staff was great. I don’t want to be negative for one bad apple.

no daily maid service, we were told to put our garbage and used towels outside our room, it stayed there over 24 hrs til I complained. Phone in room broken, faucet in tub ran continuously, one burner on stove did not work. Laundry broken, Weird smell

Everything was great. I called about TV which had issues and it was replaced asap

Clean, quieter than most. Very nice breakfast setup.

Hotel was fine. But, I had reserved a room with two Queens, specifically shopped around for 2 Queens, and we were put in a room with 1 King and a sofa bed.

Breakfast is supposed to take place between 6:30 and 9:30 on weekdays and yet, I got downstairs at 9:00 and there were no more eggs, sausages or potatoes, the salty options were gone for good.

Our room was plenty spacious and clean.

The bathroom door and the shower door weren't well thought out. A sliding shower door would be better so we don't have to open and close a door to get in and out of the shower.

1) The persistent smell of wet dog and fecal matter in the elevator.2) Our sheets were not washed daily.3) Our water went out every night at 11pm limiting the hot water in the morning. Showers were like warm at best.4) We had a smoking room

The location is centrally located but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area.
