AC Hotel Tampa Airport

Clean.

They didn’t have the room we reserved, the room we had the tv didn’t work. We had to change rooms at 9:30 pm. The fire alarm went off at 3:10am. No rest at all.

Close to restaurants

Menus are downstairs, the staff are too busy taking selfies than being present, stains on the walls, the sink didn¿t drain, the phone was broken, and the flatbread made me so sick.A man came to my door claiming faulty internet but had no ID verification

The location

The hotel was undergoing renovation. They were live wires tape dust and dirt everywhere. My phone was broken there was not enough staff to maintain the cleanliness of our rooms. They were unable to clean the bathtub for the duration of our stay.No shuttle

Hotel was modern, clean, and up to date

There was mold in 2 corners of the shower window. Toleit was unique as it was squared. But would get cloged with average amount of toilet tissue.

The shower was out of body wash but I was able to use bar soap from the hand sink.

Clean, very nice, hot showers.

Only two elevators--one was down the entire time. Long waits at times to get to lobby (slow wait or full elevator that had to come back) Pool picture with outdoor fireplace was a draw for me--they were out of propane. Bummed.

That I paid $3.80 for a soda because there were no vending machines on the floors. That is outrageous.

The staff went out of their way to make our visit pleasant. The hotels is in great location and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Location, cleanliness, and very well furnished

Rooms are not that big but very modern and comfortable. It doesnt have a microwave.

Everything. Great rooms. Great staff. Great location. Free Parking garage!! Close walking distance to several great restaurants. A short 20 minute walk to Raymond James and Steinbrenner Field which is fantastic to avoid traffic hassles and parking.

Clean, modern, beautiful surroundings

Most uncomfortable because I have ever had to sleep on. My legs were in pain after one night and I started to bruise .

The location was excellent for seeing the Yankees. Wi-fi was fine and the pool was nice.

Breakfast was pricey and not to my taste.

Cleanliness, closeness to airport, staff friendliness and service

Room thermostat only went down to 66 degrees. Room was too hot while trying to sleep, but you couldn't lower the temp due to the limit they put on the thermostat. (I don't believe the room temp was accurately recorded.

Overall beautiful hotel very modern minimalistic Great location.

No handrails in bathroom. Not enough space to put clothes away. When checking out 3 desk clerks asked me for payment. My stay was prepaid which had been noted at check-in. I was inconvenienced + annoyed as I had a flight to catch I gave them my paperwork

I love the room. The layout and decor were fantastic. On higher floors quiet which was great for me. Location was perfect.

The bathroom was my least favorite.. Half glass shower looses heat. Cant lock bathroom door (sliding door). Towel and rags rough not what I expected.
