I was unaware of the parking rate. ONLY complaint about the breakfast that there wasn't any non-pork breakfast met options.

No maid service for what I paid. No clean towels or bed made. Again for what I paid, very poor service
Had Tesla chargers. Is walking distance to Amelie Arena & 2 blocks from TEC tram to all over Tampa & Ybor City & is FREE. Well staffed, hot free breakfast & clean well appointed rooms.
The bathrooms were spotless, and breakfast was much more than some random cold cereals and toast.
Upholstered chair was only dirty item we found in room, either cleaned or replaced. Also I've never paid an extra fee to park on property its usually rolled into room price.
