Bed frames under the box springs were sticking out, cut my leg

large space to stay in the room with comforts of home

the carpet was not as clean as expected but not bad. just spots on carpet

Cleanliness and staff. We were there due to Hurricane Milton evacuation and hotel was willing to extend our stay if needed and not charge penalty for cancelling

While our toilet was not functional upon our arrival in the evening the hotel made arrangements to have it repaired the next morning when Maintenance arrived. Only concern I had was that the hotel did not appear to have an onsite maintenance person?

pool area is not very nice,and the sitting area out front and back could use some shade. It rained most evenings but staff did not wipe off outdoor chairs.

Located near shopping, Wal-Mart, and Sams gas station those were pluses for me.

The couch in the room needs to be replaced, very worn. The carpet in the room looked old and stained. Water in shower dripped constantly, kept door closed.

The staff was friendly and willing to help when I left my wedding band set in our room. They went to the room, found it and saved it for me to come pick up.

We went for a weekend with my family of 6 , everything was perfect, the place is perfect: quiet, clean and new ¿¿¿¿ , the breakfast on site says: to go, but is hot and cold breakfast buffet ¿¿ , the employees are so friendly . Don¿t think book it

The room was amazing. It was very spacious and in a great location.

Hotel employee was excellent. Great to talk to and willingness to help. The other staff also let me get apple juice even after breakfast hours so that's a plus. Pool was great, but cigarette butts in it. Gas grill was great feature

Not enough characters to list all the bad but... Ordered king, got queen poop on underside of toilet seat No hot breakfast as advertised Housekeeping leaked trash in elevators/carpets and never cleaned even after i reported to front desk (7 day stay)

Staff was professional, accomodating, and made for a great customer experience. Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Breakfast was good considering Covid restrictions.

It's a "green hotel" but water pressure was absolutely awful. Nobody wants to come in from a hot humid day in FL and spend 15 minutes in the shower just trying to get WET. Increase the water pressure and give your guests a better experience.

The staff was very friendly..it was also quite and very clean

Check in was at 3:00pm they had me waiting for a room until 5:00pm saying they didn¿t have any rooms ready

well layed out suite with great use of space, including a kitchen, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Very nice
