Only one chair on the balcony and should have alerted me to the $16 parking charge.

I did not like the customer service received from front desk representative. He had a very sarcastic tone and was not very helpful with solving hotel related issues. His customer service gave a poor experience at this hotel.

The A/C unit in the room was extremely loud and was a disturbance to our sleep.

Front staff was great. Nice, polite, and very helpful.

Overall everything was good. Breakfast need more items. Housekeeping can drop off towels.

Dated. Ants in room. Called to get linens for sofa bed was told to ¿come get them¿ and this was at 1130pm

The room had a smell. It was not the cleanest and did not have a complimentary hair dryer in the room. The hotel did not offer a shuttle service to the airport.

Poor mattress

Decent size room, full size fridge, very reasonable rates, and a pretty nice mattress.

I have stayed here 3-4 times. The biggest complaint for me is the air conditioners in the rooms. Each room has had a noisy loud droning like air conditioner. I'm just mentioning that for light sleepers.

The room size. Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Full kitchen.

The coffee pot, trash bags and towels were not in the room when we checked in. We informed the staff and all were brought up immediately.

The room was not clean. I went to Target and bought cleaning supplies to clean it myfswlf.

We loved having the convenience of a kitchen in our room. The kids loved having a basketball court to shoot around on.

Our A/C didn’t work the first day and after they fixed it, it worked great but ran really loud. Considering we have 4 children, this noise didn’t bother us. We were just happy to be able to sleep in a cool room.

The room was very nice and clean home away from home away fromhad to come into town for a family emergency, I was able to check in without incident and make it to my destination in time.

It Florida insects are bound to be in be the room.

This hotel was easy to find, new renovated, close to shopping and eating. I would stay there again.

The staff was great. The breakfast was hot and fresh with a great variety. The location was central to everything.

The furniture and appliances were worn and dated in our room.
