Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Tampa Busch Gardens Area

The front desk staff was excellent, friendly and personable. The room and breakfast were great.

Easy to navigate around

Believed transport to Busch gardens provided by hotel however ONLY on certain days

Hotel employee at the front deskn was extremely helpful in helping us plan our Busch Garden visit. She also allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. There was also a great shuttle driver delivering and picking us up from BG.

We love the Hampton Inn and stay there often. The rooms are clean, the free breakfast is good and most of the time the staff are exceptional and friendly.

We encountered an unbelievably hostile checkin clerk. He shouted and treated us like trash. He was angry because I told him I had already paid for the room when he asked for my credit card. This experience ruined my entire stay.

We had a great stay here! This is our third time staying at this hotel and its always a great experience. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfasts has a good selection. And the location is super convenient since we are in Tampa to visit Busch Gardens.

Its so minor. But the towels in the room are super dry and scratchy. Not ideal but tolerable.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

The breakfast area was very crowded and perhaps another room could be used that is nearby for overflow during peak hours since we had to wait for a table and chairs to sit down and have our breakfast.

Cleanliness

Someone entered our room thinking it was theirs. They had a key Also on the last morning they had a new breakfast lady. And she was bad!

Proximity to Busch Gardens Tampa. The staff was very accommodating for requests.

If you face the street side there is a lot of noise and was hard to sleep. Staff attempted to accommodate as allowed.

I booked a family room, it had plenty of space, super convenient hotel location to go Seaworld, breakfast with plenty of options, and super clean room

WE FOUND A COCKROACH IN OUR ROOM AND MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING FOR US

The staff was fantastic.

The area wasn¿t a good area. The hotel has to lock up at 8 pm

Directly across the street from Busch Gardens and our room had a view of the park so we could watch the firework show!

They provide a Lyft service to the amusement park, but only until 3:30. It would be great if the hotel would extend the service to include evening hours.

Staff was very nice.

Wasn¿t clean thoroughly. A lot of hair in the bathroom. Water pressure was low and not hot in the morning.

Very nice Front Desk Ladies at night. My five year old son forgot his stuffed animal to sleep with and they gave him a brand new one. Saved the day.

Room was too close to a busy road. Very noisy if you are in a room facing the road

The location is amazing! The staff were were very polite and took care of us quickly. Our room was clean and well cared for with no issues. Will definitely stay here again

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The location across the street from Busch Gardens was perfect. A ten minute walk or a free shuttle ride to save money in parking.

Our room faced the Main Street which resulted in a lot of traffic noise in the room during our night.

The breakfast was ice cold and undercooked. There is nothing worse than cold eggs, sausage and potato¿s.
