Location, hotel style and decor, room cleanliness and host service.

Limited amount of water available for guest, hallway rug.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-19-2022

Location and the valet staff if excellent!

    The carpet is old.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-16-2021

Great staff, from valet to front desk. Location is good, better if you're not parking.

Pool and deck very small so just ten people in the pool made it crowded. Room was a little dated and was not cleaned properly.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-10-2021

The view from the room was pretty col

The hotel room was dirty during a pandemic. There was writing on the window from the previous guest there were still decorations on the wall and it smelt bad

location to ybor city was great

valet parking my vehicle had some minor scratches that was not there before hand

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-30-2020

Right in the middle of downtown and the outside pool area was nice overlooking river walk

Room was pretty small for a king bed, the room smelled musty and the fridge didn’t work

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-25-2019

    Location, cleanliness

Could not open window to get fresh air, at times the room was stuffy, humid.

    6MozzellePosted on: 11-29-2018

The location and the lobby were very hip.

We didn't like our room. We were given a disability room and it was hard to maneuver. I would have asked to be moved but I was too tired and figured it was only for one night.

    5JosephPosted on: 11-23-2018

    Room design and cleanliness.

Undisclosed forced valet parking + $21.00 parking fee.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-18-2018

    The location was perfect.

The pool is very small. The lobby had a funny smell.

    10DarrellPosted on: 9-16-2018

    clean with professional personnel

Only had valet parking. Another way to squeeze money out of people not expecting to have to pay extra

    10MatthewPosted on: 9-10-2018

Great location. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-15-2018

Super comfortable bed. No pet fee. Water view.

Price is a little steep. Nowhere to walk the dog. Had to take two elevators and walk down the block to find grass so my dog could use the restroom . No self parking, valet only ($20/night + tips). No restaurants or bars nearby to walk to.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-8-2018

The location and view were a definite plus. The view we had from our room was awesome.

The first night we could hear every toilet flush and every door slam. Very thin walls. The bar prices were way out of control. Very high prices. The breakfast food "bar" was odd. I saw many people walk away because they couldn't understand the system.
