- Hotel employee at the front desk was exceptional. Also, Hotel employee who served breakfast went above & beyond.
Cons -
- I want my money back and I will be contacting you for it - I was stuck in the elevator 6 times and more so I had my room cleaned and it wasn?t done at all. Furthermore when a staff member tells you to take the stairs that?s scary. This was horrible
- Room wasn't clean, afternoon it was no coffee in the hotel.
- The carpets are filthy and stained. Cracked tile in the shower, patched with caulk. Beds were poorly made. Water pressure was weak. Hot water ran out after 1 person showered. Hotel is undergoing interior anr exterior renovation, which is loud and smells.
