The location was great. Very close to restaurants and stores.

The toilet in our room had a lot of trouble flushing. We weren’t notified before we got there that the breakfast area was under construction so there were very limited options; but it was fixed on the day we left.

The room was very spacious and clean. The workers are very friendly and helpful.

The lobby smelled wonderful as soon as you walked in. The staff was very friendly, informative, and polite. The room smelled freshly cleaned and was in immaculate condition. The water pressure was quite strong and the bathroom was very clean. The bed linen were of nice quality and comfortable.

The water did not ever really get “hot” but the strong water pressure made up for it in a way. Deciding to try the hair shampoo and conditioner last minute, the shampoo did not smell very pleasant but the conditioner did.

I was just there for a night. Room was nice and bed was comfy.

Didn't like the smell of weed in the stairwell and on my top bed blanket.

The room itself was clean. Our plans changed last minute, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location. The location is terrible and by outward appearances is in a very rough neighborhood.

For me the area was iffy at first, however, all was great!!! No issues whatsoever. Great location.

The STAFF are very professional and kind. The black ladies that work there are very adorable, and pleasant on the eyes. The room was clean. I did NOT see a single bug. The maids are helpful and are always cleaning inside and outside of the rooms. The pool area was fun, and it allows smoking since inside the building and rooms are smoke free. The complementary coffee that's available 24 hours was delicious. The breakfast is good. The other guests were very friendly. I made friends there by the pool. The room has big TV, comfortable bed, iron, and ironing board for the preppy buisnessmen, a refrigerator, and it has a blow dryer. I forgot my blow dryer at home and I needed to put my mohawk up for the Metallica concert and the nightclubs in Ybor, so I'm happy there was a blow dryer. The hotel is close to all the main attractions. I'm definitely coming back and staying here from now on. The neighborhood the Hotel is in looks sort-of run down, but the hotel itself has a property gate around it and is very safe! At night the parking lot has a lot of lights and there are security guards. The homeless people in the neighborhood stay away from the Hotel property. This hotel is WELL WORTH the price!

Easy check-in.Location is near everything. Rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable.
