- The valet attendants were extremely helpful and polite, more so that the desk attendant/s at check in/out.

Cons -
- As a non-native to Florida, it was a bit disturbing for a 3-4" cockroach running across the lobby floor at 10 pm. It was also a challenge to get the shower temperature set at a comfortable level. It was full on boiling or ice cold and took 20 min to adj.
- There was construction going on while we were there early morning and it desturbed my sleep. Also the elevator was very slow.
