    Pros +

    • Big screen tv, comfy bed
    • The guy who works overnights was nice but that was about it.
    • Nice pool, though some disrepair from recent hurricanes (assuming)

    Cons -

    • There were roaches crawling on the bed the first night. They moved my room, and the next room had sugar ants all over the bathroom. Each room had a lack of weather stripping, so mosquitoes ate me alive.
    • Super outdated, kinda looked like a jail cell.
    • Everything!! I spent almost $--- for two nights.. they put me in the dingiest room they had available mind you I had my 2 year old with me. I itched all night. When I came back to the front desk around 7 am they decided they wanted us to leave the hotel.

AC blasting barely kept room below even 75, made sleeping uncomfortable

    1Verified guestPosted on: 9-17-2024

Pictures were misleading, rooms and linens were dirty, broken furniture, noisy neighbors, loud ac unit, poor water pressure, smell of dampness

    Close to Amelia Arena.

The restaurant at this hotel is excellent and chick fil a is literally in the parking lot.

    Leaving

The floors were so dirty when I walked from the bathroom to the bed after showering, my feet were filthy. It smelled like mold and dirt. There was no ventilation so the mirrors never dehumidified, in the morning there was a roach in the bathroom shower.

    1AshleyPosted on: 1-5-2024

The guy at the desk was nice and that's about the ONLY good thing I can say!

Absolutely DISGUSTING! The rooms are filthy and smell horrendous. The entire property is in shambles and it's a shame because it's clear it was once a nice place. The rooms & buildings smell like mold & mildew as if water damage was never repaired. GROSS!

    5StephenPosted on: 12-18-2023

The pool was clean and the area around it. The trees and landscaping looked good.

The shower curtain had mold at the bottom causing a mildew smell in the bathroom or that could have been from the loose toilet. The bathroom in general was dirty. It had hair attached to the top of the doorway going into the bathroom. Only 1 chair in room

    1JustinPosted on: 10-16-2023

Nothing had bug crawl on me during my sleep and they refused to do anything about it.

Everything staff was rude, bugs in the room and poor r.m overall I suggest if you need a cheap r.m pay extra and stay somewhere else

The hotel has all the southern tropic atmosphere you could want. The building is older, which adds to the ambiance of it's personality, but maintained in very good condition. The staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful of their guests at all times.

My schedule in Tampa didn't allow me to spend nearly enough time enjoying the experience. I definitely need another visit to really set my internal clock back to a more relaxed, mellow mood.

The location and the breakfast restaurant they had on site.

The room was disgusting. Just because we had dogs with us doesn¿t mean we need to be put in an unclean room. I clean up after my dogs and myself and family and there was no point in this place. You wouldn¿t have known the difference.

The only things that we like about this "hotel" the staff and location. That's all.

Well, completely dated rooms full of mold, rust and burn furniture. Not a place to pay more than $50 per night. This is a motel in a hotel area that charge for the area. Not the quality we were expecting in their price range.

location. its a fine place to sleep for a night.

paper thin walls, felt like our neighbors where literally in the room with us. toilet ran constantly. photos online do not accurately represent current condition of hotel. staff attempts to get into room to clean hours before check out.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-17-2023

The front desk agent was extremely polite. The tiki bar was closed, the website said nothing about that. Some of the photos were obviously staged.

No tiki! The bed was very uncomfortable. Sub par hotel.

    Staff was nice

We booked for shuttle there was none. Roach in room, bar closed, pool had trash in it and rooms very dated with broken bed. I was in 212. Nothing like the photos

It was absolutely disgusting!! Bugs on the walls, dirty everywhere, it smelled. Dingy and dirty. I liked nothing.

nice and friendly staff- room was nice size

it was called a suite but I just found that it was more of a room than a suite

Good location, safe area, no frills but clean. Needs updating

    Dated decor.

    10MoiraPosted on: 2-20-2023

For the price, the location was amazing-oceanfront, gorgeous view. It is an older hotel and appears they are starting renovations. Nice pool, right on ocean and fun bar by poolside. Ryan the bartender was a friendly and fun. We will go back here.
