I didn’t like anything at all and I did not stay.

I didn’t like the staff, she was rude and dismissive when I was asking questions during check in she ignored all of the questions while looking me right in my face, the room was nasty rusted and molded with roaches. I do not recommended

The office smelled extremely bad. I was given some paper work from the office a few days ago ago after checking out and put it in my hand bag, well my bag now smells like that office dirty old stale cigarettes

Very old, unclean, out dated, and poorly designed.

The front office lady. But everything else was gross. Id request a refund but I know that ain't gonna happen

The bed had been slept in and not changed out, the toilet was clogged and the floors were disgusting

The Hotel is old rundown dump. Nothing works right -Shower was full of mold. Smells like garbage bin sitting in the sun for a month. Terrible place stay away people.

The location.

The toilet did not flush. The room did not have to any heat.

No one did not let us know where anything was. Like where to put the trash or if they had an ice Ben or a washer and dryer.

Location peace and quiet it has little kitchen area where it make it feel like home

Everything was great

It was dirty and was infested with roaches I could not let my kids get on the floor and play because of the filthyness of this hotel

There was one employee that worked the evening shift she was good. It was the manager that was very rude and unprofessional.

Bedbugs a lot of them. I just came from the emergency room because I was bitten from head to toe literally. I had no hot water, I was told to turn to opposite side and still no hot water. Manger said I was lying, I requested a refund she said no..

Location

the front desk were beyond rude. I forgot my key card in my room. The lobby was already open. She made me go back outside and sit on after hours phone for 5mins. Then I went in she charged me $10 for a temporary card. Would not stop

Convenience, and the price was fair.

In the morning there was a lawn maintenance crew working outside and it was non stop noise for 30+ minutes keeping me awake. C'mon ESA, you can do better.

The service

The beds were not as comfortable, no daily service. During my stay no water and did not receive any offer to receive consolation for our discomfort. Slow draining tub. Kitchenette but have to purchase own pots and pans

Weed smell all over the property. People sitting in steps and outside smoking weed. Outside not maintained. Garbage bag lying outside corridor

You have to use the phone to check in. Too many dogs barking and looking vicious. Face towel was cheap. The blanket on the bed was stained up.

The night manager was very noce

There where roaches, the sheets and comforter had dried food on them , lights did not work, we ended up getting a hotel elsewhere

Having a couple of stoves is great for long stays when you're planning on have some home cooking.

Permanent guests that sit outside the rooms for long periods and some disturbance at midninght. Strong sense of humidity in the rooms with poor natural light.

Nothing there was no hot water. There were bugs all over the room.

There was no hot water for three days. You cannot get a hold of the staff from 10 PM till 9 AM the next morning you have to pay for clean towels. There?s no coffee there were bugs all over the room house cleaning is only done once every two weeks.

staff allowed me to check-in early which was nice since i was very tired

Got awakened at 126 am by local PD telling me that they had been told loud fighting coming from room. WRONG WRONG
