Bay Inn

The room was filthy and smelled of smoke. There were holes in the walls, spackling that wasn't painted over. The chair in the room was absolutely disgusting. We walked in to the room and immediately walked about to find another hotel at 11pm.

Everything. Staff. TV on the side of the room wall? They wouldn't offer an extra pillow. Need security in the parking lot- I was afraid to go outside. Ice machine didn't work.

Nothing it was horrible bathroom was falling apart the sheet were disgusting the blankets had burn holes in them we will never ever be back when we got back from dinner there was 10 cop cars very unhappy

Room kinda beat up. Lots of wall chips and damage. Linoleum had a lot of torn an worn areas

No hot water, no TV, holes in the walls and door. Bad hood.fridge kept things warm. Microwave worked.

Untidy to say or dirty both inside and outside the room, unprofessional staff with lack of English understanding being used as excuse but they (staff) kept coming to my room at least 3 different times, at midnight, 6am and 9am screaming for me open door

this has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my whole life. hotels probably built in the sixties and never renovated since then probably even the same mattress room is completely disgusting dirty non-painted walls does not one good thing about it

I didn't use it but the pool LOOKED nice. I don't know that it actually was.

I only rented to shower while cleaning a house without water. Mold everywhere. Hair from who knows what body part all over shower. I wore my shoes and covered all surfaces before putting my things down. You should stop associating with this hotel.

The room was horrible! The staff was rude! Everyone outside of the room was sketchy. The room had a stench to it, floor pieces missing, toilet coming off the wall, toilet seat moved , covers on bed had multiple cigarette burns, light off wall,drug Hotel.

Nothing, I made a mistake selecting this hotel..never again..you do not want to touch or sleep on anything. No phone in room..staff has very poor social skills with respect to service.

Yes how they made me wait 30mins after 3pm to check inn. How the 1st room the have me had holes in the room and no remote for tv. Then the following room they gave me had a mildew smell and problem. Its just not right. When you pay your had earned money

Price was right. Room was cool.

People were arguing for a long time two rooms down outside.

They are to much for nothing. These room cost the same as a room with a kitchenette and these room has half the furniture inside the rooms and some of their equipment don't work. They need to drop their prices and they may get more business for their room

if i was alone then i wouldn't have stayed. it looked as if the people there who may have been on drugs. Not staff but groups of people just hanging out. i did not feel safe. A man was banging on the door in the middle of the night looking for someone

Reception kept clean.

Hi, Im sorry to say that No cleanliness but just on arrival and No tissues, bed sheet with hairs ,a dirty chair provided on asking, One clothing hanger and lastly, water started falling on my bed from sprinkler at night. Amazing stay. Thanks.
