Location, cleanliness and staff friendliness

The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle driver who remembered our flight time and made sure we got to the airport on time. Room was very comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool was fantastic! While not cheap, the restaurant was great.

If you're not a rewards member there is a fee to use the Wi-Fi.

Excellent customer service! The staff was very pleasant and the room was nice.

Some of the other occupants were being loud after quiet hours, but we called down to the front desk, and they reached out to the room next to us promptly.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the mattresses are very stiff, no cushioning whatsoever. I woke up with a backache the following morning.

When we entered the room, one of the bed sheets was like kinda dirty a dark color. We didn¿t say anything because we were just staying for a night and that¿s it so we didn¿t try to make a big deal about it.

Location: located close to many things. Great views and size.

It was very unfriendly for men¿s grooming. The bathroom lighting was very poor making hard for me to shave. The overall room lighting was also very poor. The entry door was difficult to open and close.

The hotel looked nice inside and the location was great for what I needed.

The hotel staff were very underwhelming. The bellman downstairs handed out water bottles instead of knowing where the cart was to help with luggage. The front desk staff never provided anything we asked. Front desk suggested we get our own towels.

Great area. Very clean and amazing staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing and slept awesome. Will definitely recommend this hotel. We will be back.

I didn¿t like that they do not offer free breakfast. You only get the breakfast voucher if you are a member of the rewards program & this was not mentioned at check in. The breakfast was $20 per person & was not 5 stars. A 1 star place has better food.

Franchesca/xiomara polite and courteous offered waters by the pool ask if we needed anything and was ok. Kind and caring

Very clean, great staff at front desk and by the pool. Had a very nice dinner at the hotel restaurant, food was excellent and the service was great.

for the money I wish they offered a free continental breakfast. Not sure why the less expensive hotels offer it and the more pricey places do not.

We were put in a handicapped room. The man next door was coughing for 3 days straight. Connecting door is thin. Breakfast is very expensive. The fridge smelled like rotten food and was dirty. AC worked but control was old/hard to change Tv was slow
