It was clean and easy to Get around and the staff was amazing

Location served our purpose well

Upon selection of a hotel for our trip I confirmed all amenities and selected this hotel upon confirmation from booking rep only to find out upon arrival that the amenities were not present.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable room

The location is fantastic, great restaurants around as well. The property is very nice and the valet attendants were great.

We booked this hotel again because were hoping to get a similar experience to the one we had on last stay just a month ago. However, the service we received was poor. Our room was next to a mechanical room and couldn¿t sleep because of the noise.

This hotel was everything you could wish for. After leaving a nightmare hotel we checked into this hotel in a very frustrated mood. The girl at the front desk was friendly and welcoming and wonderful at her job. The lobby was immaculate.

Pool deck area was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Though valet was available, Self parking was easy. Heated pool. Location very close to Hyde park and Bayfront. Complementary wine at check in great gesture, but terrible wine. Roof top wine bar was cozy

Not a great place if youve got teens.

We loved the unique personality of the hotel and its terrific location in charming Hyde Park Village

The restaurant food was excellent. The room was clean and Updates?¿ to date.

The staff don't seem to be trained in billing. They continued to charge my card multiple times for charges I did not do. After clearing it up with the manager, I was charged again. Now I have to wait for refunds. Breakfast doesn't start until 10:00 : (

I spent my birthday at this hotel for just one night and it was a great experience.The hotel is in a great location in the Soho/Hyde Park area and I took advantage of the bikes avail to explore the area for hours.The room was spotless and service great.

The parking was $20/night and should be priced more in the $10/night range which is comparable to public parking costs elsewhere in downtown Tampa.

Staff was excellent, room was clean

The food was below par when you are expecting the best as in the name of the hotel. the bars were extremely noisy. When you pay the pricing we did and there is no public parking you would expect to not have to pay for parking also.

The decor of room was stylish and there was many great food and drink options. Loved the rooftop bar.

Employees were professional but not friendly. Also, don't assume a guest has stayed at the hotel and forego explaining the check in/out process.
