Hampton Inn Tampa-Airport/Rocky Point

Housekeeping didn't come most days and when they did come, they didn't really do anything. I watched them throw the pillows and blankets on to the dirty floor that they never vacuummed.

Good location, comfortable rooms, Good restaurant near by.

Shower head was a little wonky.

I received a handicap room no closet adjacent door for healthy single man.

Price, it¿s by the bay. But didn¿t know a hotel was behind so we couldn¿t see it. Free parking.

Pool area not big enough. Plugs in room wouldn¿t fit our blocks for our phones.

The staff and maintenance crew were very helpful and supportive. They tried their best to improve the experience.

The hotel room was very dirty, damaged, and outdated. There was a stain on the ceiling from a very recent leak and the carpet below was still wet. The walls in the bathroom were rusty, and the television in the room would not connect to the internet.

It¿s less than 10 minutes to TPA, 15 minutes to Clearwater. Great central location if you¿re going to different areas around Tampa.

The staff and location were great. The room was very clean.

My only coven was our door did not shut properly unless slammed. There looked like a gap where the door shut.

The Staff -. Her lively and positive attitude made the breakfast a very charming experience. She was very attentive and eager to assist.

Overall upkeep - not cleanliness. It was clean.

Closeness to airport, nearby restaurants, staff!

Front desk guy was very nice, understanding and helpful. Breakfast was good with very nice staff. It's not the worst hotel but it doesn't meet the 8 rating at all.

The hotel needs a lot of cosmetic work. We had to switch rooms twice because of a vape pen under mattress and dirty with a weird smell. The 2nd room had a yellow stain on comforter and sheets shoved down in pull out sofa, unsure if they were used.

Staff was exceptionally pleasant. Made our 5 day stay awesome. We will be back to this Hampton.

The pool area has no 'sun time' with the apartment bldg going up next to it. And I don't think they clean it.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Everyone I interacted with was kind and went above and beyond.

Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't ready early one day as the breakfast person didn't show up. The man working did his best to get some selections out. A few hairs in bathroom in room and carpet had a sticky section. Pool is tiny (I didn't use it.)

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Also, the continental breakfast is excellent.

It¿s not a modern hotel, still needs remodeling to make it look more attractive and competitive with other hotels in that area.

Near airport without feeling like you were, as its located right at the beautiful Tampa Bay. Easy trip over Causeway to get to Clearwater Beach. Fun restaurants right there to enjoy. Room was great. Bed very comfy & "free" breakfast was very impressive.

Location, location, location - headed to airport early in the morning so it was perfect. Also great proximity to great food.

Bathroom seemed a little dated as did the hotel.

The staff was friendly.

I had little bit discomfort in this hotel during my stay. The shower wasn¿t working and the hotel management couldn¿t address my problem though I got a new place to stay for another night. I think the management should address the customer¿s problem.

Friendly helpful staff. From the front desk to the wonderful fresh breakfast, I felt the staff was attentive, informed and happy to help.

The staff was truly amazing! Not only were they super friendly and nice but also very helpful informing myself as to places to dine at as well as informative about the area.
