Very clean overall, updated interior, extremely friendly staff, spacious rooms with kitchen

The area is not super walkable if you want to walk to any restaurants or stores

Staff agree nice and very helpful. Room was good and priced appropriately. Will stay again. Area has a lot of medical facilities I use and this is hotel. Is nice option when I visit.

The Breakfast was much better than normal complimentary breakfasts. The omelets were soooo much better than the normal runny scrambled eggs.

The shuttle was a nice perk, it was very flexible; which was greatly appreciated. However, it was not often on time & required many touches to receive service. Driver was always nice and courteous - perhaps just short staffed. Hotel is not near any food.

Location. Overall it was decent, but honestly was not impressed by Hampton Inn.

It seemed old and like it needed a makeover...the halls and bathrooms especially. The breakfast was not very impressive...I do understand the covid protocols so I'm sure it's typically better without all the precautions.

We booked with you 1 DOUBLE ROOM WITH 2 QUEEN BEDS AND 1 SOFA. WHEN CHECKING AT THE HOTEL THEY HAD A ROOM WITH 1 KING BED AND A SOFA. WERE ABLE TO SOLVE THE SITUATION WITH AGGRAVATION. ALSO THERE WAS A CHUNK OF BLACK HAIR HANGING BY THE REFRIGERATOR.

Clean rooms. Decent space in King Sized bedroom.

The bathroom toilet paper holder fell completely off the plastic mount under the cabinet. The breakfast was so cheap and gross. The eggs seemed to be a science experiment in edible yellow rubber and the orange juice was slightly flavored water. Yuk.

I arrived on A Sunday. I forgot my bank card. THE STAFF and manager was very understanding. They meet all my expectations

Been going her for the past 6 years and find it to be worth the money each time. Not as fancy as hotels in downtown Tampa, but equally as efficient, for a lot less cost.

Clean room, nice beds, good breakfast. Good Location. Even had an evening Happy hour with hot dogs. Excellent security key cards. Liked the lobby area, it was comfortable & well organized. Coffee available all hours.

The pool is shaded by the hotel morning and afternoon, so if you want to swim when the sun is on the pool, you have limited mid day hours. On the positive side, you can swim without getting a sunburn. Had difficulty getting a charge taken off the bill.

Staff was above and beyond friendly. All facilities were up to date and clean. Very quiet.
