Location to airport. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Was able to grab a little breakfast before heading out

The receptionist was very attentive. The room was clean and spacious.

I had an early flight, had to wake up at 4 AM, thus the reason I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately, I was not able to sleep due to a family who was. Staying near by with a bunch of kids. They were slamming doors, jumping on beds until 2 AM.

Really liked this hotel for our 2 night pre cruise stay. Nice to have the shuttle service to take us shopping. Staff was friendly. Breakfast good.

The rude female desk clerk when we checked in. She was horrible.Barn door fr bathroom door which didn’t close was another.

I like the location to the airport. Walking distance to many restaurants . They finally put a very comfortable mattress that I could actually get some sleep. Most of the staff was very nice.

They are still remodeling some. Looking nice. But they were doing the floors in the ice machine room which was right across from my room and said they would remove fan which was very loud early evening. But never did.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast included hot items and proteins. It wasn't just the usual bagel and yogurt offerings.

The beds were super hard and the toilet was VERY low to the floor. Lower than the tub, even! The bathroom door operates as a barn door. While visually appealing, the actual operation of it leaves much to be desired.

The evening airport shuttle driver, was EXCELLENT! He was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable.

You could hear people in next room. Sliding bathroom barn door didn't give a lot of privacy.

The staff was polite and courteous.

I was not aware of the construction on the whole 5th floor. Spackling and dust got on my clothing and shoes. it was not a good experience at all!

The staff in every department was the absolute best. So kind and accommodating. Pool was great! The location was great, very close to the airport, in a very clean area. Easy to walk around, restaurants close by, off site rental car companies close.

Would have loved if there was a guest laundry room.

Staff was wondering coming and going. I enjoyed the pool on the very hot day. Left way to early to get breakfast. But that has always been great in the past. Love that it is only moments from the airport. Was under renovation but did not affect me

Yes,the room was extremely small, no refrigerator, the bathroom room was broken, and many more things. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

The gentleman Lucky that checked us in was the only good experience.

Pillows are very flat, itchy bedding and very uncomfortable bed. No frig and staff at checkout was not friendly at all.

This hotel was booked in order to catch early morning flight from Tampa Airport. Location was great, quick ride to airport, shuttle service was on time. Found some good walkable options to have dinner as well.

I was greeted by the check in clerk. Very helpful with a big smile. Answered any questions I had. Enjoyed the pool and the very nice breakfast. Check out clerk very pleasant also. Loved it was located only 5 min ride to airport.

I don't have any negitive feedback about this hotel.

The location and the staff were amazing!!

Room was small in comparison to other Hamptons I've stayed at and the bathroom had basically no separation from the room.

checking in was a breeze.we arrived very early and the receptionist was very accomadating..our room was not ready but she found one that was an assigned it to us.very helpful.the hotel shuttle took us to the mall for an outing and came back to pick us up.
