The breakfast bar, friendly staff, excellent location and newness.

It was very clean. Nice staff. Near a lot of things.

Each morning I went to breakfast there was never anything left. All the hot items would be gone and they were not quick to refill them.

Hotel staff was nice and helpful but not so much the front desk staff

There was roaches in our room when I told them about it they just said sorry didn?t offer to help or clean or change the room

Hotel employee was amazing. He answered all questions and was very personable. He made my stay feel like home.

Thin walls/floors you could hear/feel guests in next door rooms if you are a light sleeper. Cold pool.

No WIFI, Phone not working, room key did not work the second day, no hot water for shower, bathroom sink did not drain. 1 lamp completely destroyed making the room poorly lit, the air control unit inaccessible unless you stand on the bed.I have pictures

Air conditioning unit kept cutting off room kept being hot tub was nasty carpet was too and housekeeping bussing in the room after she hears someone is there and still trying to come inside the room

Location was great. Close to our destination and plenty of quick dining options.

The proximity to the airport was the ONLY redeeming factor about this hotel and even that would not make it worth it...it was awful!

EVERYTHING! This was by t=far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The furnishings were in horrible condition, it was dirty and just generally disgusting. It was late at night and we were desperate, otherwise I NEVER would have stayed here.

From the pictures this looks like a decent hotel. It is in a very questionable neighborhood, has bad parking and the rooms are disgusting. If you can find somewhere else to stay.

The only thing I liked about the hotel is that it's close to the airport.

The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, the blanket had burn holes in it, and there was mold in the bathtub. Walls had paint peeling and holes in several places.

The beds

Yes the Shuttle that pick you up at Airport. Should pick people up were they are not have to walk all around to find the only exit you pick up at ! Older person are already tired .

Nothing really. Cleaning crew was the most helpful.

This is the worst hotels ever! We went to our room and someone else was in the room, very dirty and unkept hotel, A lot of tif raft in the hotel did not feel safe. We got refund and left immediately!!

A homeless shelter is cleaner and more welcoming. When we got to our room the door was wide open. The back of the property faces a shady area. A foul smell in the room was so bad we could smell it outside. I wouldn't even enter the room. Ended up leaving.

Rude staff. Lies about refund. Drugs in hotel room. Etc.
