Carpet was stain Ice machine they kept Ice in a cooler by the restrooms.

Inconvenience of the location to where I had to be

Parking was limited some areas dark

Front desk staff she was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable

Bed was saggy

There was a some kind of musty odor in the room. Also, we could hear people walking in upstairs room and woke up few times. Noise from lobby can be heard clearly. I stayed at Fairfield inn at other places but never experienced like this one before.

5 nights/6 days; no maid service or room cleaning. The breakfast bar closed at 9.

The location and it was so very quiet even though it was full. It was must what we needed after a long trip.

I stayed at the 10150 Palm River Rd Tampa, Fl 33619 location and had ants over the rooms. I asked to be switched to another which also had bugs. I was told I would get compensated for this issue and was then lied. The manager hung up on me when asked.

Location near to I75

Blood stains on the bed sheets! Dirty bathroom tub and sink. Unacceptable!

The soft pillows

We had to check into 2 different rooms the first one that we entered had light fixtures and cords handing from ceiling extremely dangerous for me and my children.

Pool

Someone on there staff went into our hotel room eventhough we had our do not enter sign up they entered anyway went through our luggage and we had groceries also they drank our drinks and ate out of our food. Trashy hotel staff completely unprofessional

Being close

Fleas in room got bit several times had to move. Tv didn¿t work in new room so had to call maintenance. Bad experience.

The free hotel shuttle

The room was not clean there was hair on the bathroom sink and in the bed. I also found a piece of hair extensions next to the bed. The receptionist didn¿t give any information about check out time. The hotel lost power several times throughout the day.

Breakfast was ok!!! Not worth the money!!!!

Terrible!!!!!!! Roaches!!!! Roaches in both rooms... first room had one roach moved to 204 and there were 3 roaches! We just couldn¿t move again.... terrible! Will never stay there again! Paid too much for a roach motel!!!! Should¿ve gotten a big dis

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, easy check-in/out, and located very close to many restaurants. Chose this hotel due to high guest ratings. Very pleased to find the ratings to be accurate.

Price was higher than I would've liked, but more or less in-line with other area hotels.

Everything was well except there was no microwave in either of the two rooms I rented. The hot water was extremely to hot for the bathroom sink. It was more like boiling water. If would call you. I did report it to the manger. Other than that it was ok

Roaches in the first room, but the staff was great with handling the situation and immediately putting us in an upgraded room.

Odor and noise late at night.

The location is the best benefit for this hotel. It is close enough to restaurants, retail and attractions yet still secluded enough to avoid traffic and enjoy some privacy.

I would have liked to be able to access vending machines for drinks on my floor. Instead, you have to go down to the lobby to make a purchase from their little market store.

The staff was very friendly

The outside grounds were unkept. The window in my room was broken.

The whole hotel smelled strongly of mildew, the windows were covered in a green algae/moss. This hotel was not up to Fairfield standards.
